Key topics

AI for Internet of Things (AIoT) has led to novel applications in a wide spectrum of domains, including smart homes, smart healthcare, and autonomous driving. An increasing number of device manufacturers have deployed AI accelerators on embedded devices enabling unprecedented computing capabilities. While most existing AI studies focus on performance only, there are several critical challenges yet to be solved for deploying AI to practical IoT systems. The scientific rationale of this ASI is to disseminate advances and the latest knowledge on AI for Internet of Things in critical domains, including real-time and embedded AI, smart health, autonomous driving and smart traffic, and security and privacy for AIoT systems. The course will cover the latest theory, foundation, algorithms, tools, and services for next-generation AIoT systems.
